A med spa (medical spa) is a clinic that offers aesthetic treatments under medical supervision. At Empyreal Wellness, a medical director oversees every protocol and licensed nurse injectors perform the treatments. It is not a day spa. We do not offer facials, lashes, waxing or massage.
What happens at my first consultation?+
Your first visit is a conversation. We review your goals, history and what you have already tried. For wellness and longevity, we start with labs. For aesthetics, we assess your skin and anatomy. You leave with a plan and a cost, not a sales pitch. Plan on 30 to 45 minutes.
How is this different from conventional medical care?+
We focus on aesthetics and longevity, not primary care. We do coordinate with your physician and share results when you ask. If a concern needs a different kind of care, we refer you. We are complementary to your doctor, not a replacement.
Do you create personalized treatment plans?+
Yes. Every plan starts from a consultation. We build an individual plan that may combine treatments across aesthetics and longevity. You see the reasoning and the cost up front, before anything is done.
Can I continue seeing my regular doctor?+
Yes. We encourage it. We coordinate with your physician and share results when you ask. Our care complements your routine medical care rather than replacing it.

Plan on 30 to 45 minutes for your first visit. We use the time to review your goals and history, assess or order labs, and build a plan. Follow-up visits are usually shorter.
Do you offer virtual consultations?+
We offer virtual consultations for wellness and longevity. Aesthetic treatments require an in-person assessment and treatment. Contact us to see which option fits your goals.
